I’m Alive!!!
Wow it’s been a while since I’ve talked to you guys…from the dates it’s been a few years!…yikes…..well I’m back….miss me?

So here’s what’s up… Over the last two years I have been saving my pennies as we artists do and now I’m finally recording !! Yey !

It’s pretty amazing and incredibly exciting…I’ve done a few recordings with other people but to have it be my own ideas becoming reality….well I guess that’s why we fight so hard for what we do.

I am working with an incredible guitarist, Gawain Matthews, whom I met through Tim Hockenberry. I was lucky enough to sit with them a few times at the beautiful new Rrazz Room in the Hotel Nikko.. Gawain and I are working on a sweet acoustic lullaby record..

It’s a project close to my heart with songs from my childhood and some beautiful ballads…Don’t know when we’ll finish, hopefully before Christmas.

I will keep you informed…I promise! I have some other musical things I’ve been up to….I have been collaborating with a great guy Noah Hoffman. We have been re-arranging songs we love and working on some of our own…we hope to be able to play them for you soon!

I’ve have also been developing a show which is being considered for The New Conservatory Theater Emerging Artist Program..

Wow…that sound like a lot!..no wonder I’m tired….And most importantly I have been growing my hair which accounts for the pic of me pulling on it! Seems to be working !!

So that’s it my dears…all the news that’s fit to print.

Sign up on the email list so I can keep you up to date on my gigs and music as they happen…

Hope you are all well and that I get to see you all real soon.

Love

Herbst Theatre Event 2006

Here are a few shots of us all rehearsing! Which one is the Herbst???? All of the wonderful talented artists that got together for Stephanie's show were great fun to work with and extremely professional, a nice mix.

Some pictured are Jon (Jonny Ruffles) Krimstock, incredible guitarist and new friend, Daniel Fabricant the sexy Bass player I worked with on "Someday Love ", John Florencio who involved me in the project and with whom I have a great love for and then the girls, Katy Stephan - piano player and singer extraordinaire, Jolene from the Paper Dolls which you all have to check out!! Ukulele's and 40's style singers awesome ! And Sarah Weinstein who joined us at the last minute and added so much.

What a ride! Keep posted for future gigs and thank you to all who came to the show!
